ECE® Gateway - Enterprise System Connections

The new ECE® Gateway powers all our connections to systems like Slate and Parchment Premium Receive, as well as our many options for electronic delivery. Learn how easy it is to integrate with Slate. Evaluation reports are delivered as PDFs with embedded data that can be consumed by enterprise systems. In other possible solutions, only data is transmitted using customizable SFTP or EDI. And of course, ECE® Dispatch (our proprietary option) offers free, web-based tracking, delivery, and storage of evaluations and the official, vetted documents.

Our document policies also make it easy for applicants to have their academic records sent quickly and securely. Documents may be sent electronically through Digitary, the National Student Clearinghouse using their Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX), my Equals (Australia and New Zealand), TrueCopy (India), or World Document Services (India).

To learn more about electronic delivery options, please submit a product inquiry or email Institutionsupport@ECE.org.

ECE is a global leader in the electronic delivery of academic documents, as well as a vocal advocate for the secure exchange of student records.

We are a proud signer of the Groningen Declaration, one of the world’s leading voices advocating for academic data portability. They believe, “Citizens worldwide should be able to consult and share their authentic educational data with whomever they want, whenever they want, wherever they are.” And so, do we. To learn more about the Declaration, visit groningendeclaration.org.

Members of ECE are active in the Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council (PESC). GEO Code, an initiative of PESC, is a free directory of identifying codes for institutions worldwide. ECE contributed by developing the web application used to administer and distribute Geo Code Data, as well as hosting its open web application. To learn more, visit PESC.org.
