ECE President Stacy Riley

Stacy Riley

Stacy stepped into her role as President of ECE in January 2025, bringing with her more than 30 years of leadership experience in higher education. Prior to joining ECE, she served as the Executive Vice President of Student Affairs at Gateway Technical College in southeastern Wisconsin. Stacy holds a Doctor of Education from Northern Illinois University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma at the Black Belt level—yes, she has the belt, but don’t ask her to demonstrate martial arts.

A champion of student success and equity, Stacy is energized by ECE’s global mission of helping individuals achieve their educational and professional dreams through fair and accurate credential evaluation. She’s especially excited to lead a team so passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

When she’s not at work, Stacy stays busy (and loud) cheering on her kids and grandkids from the sidelines—she proudly owns the title of “that mom.” She finds joy in long walks with her four-legged sidekick, Carly, and on warm, sunny days, you might catch her rollerblading around the neighborhood. Her latest creative outlet? Paint-by-numbers projects that are slowly but surely coming to life… one tiny brushstroke at a time.

Stacy lives in southeastern Wisconsin with her husband, son, and youngest daughter. Her oldest daughter, son-in-law, and two adorable grandchildren live closer to the dairy farm where she grew up in central Wisconsin—a place that taught her the value of hard work, family, fresh from the tank milk, and squeaky cheese curds.
