To order a copy of a credential evaluation report, log in to your account to begin the process. 

Report Copies Available for 5 Years

Copies of reports are available to order for 5 years from the date of issue. Only the person who ordered the original report can order copies.

  • First report copy: $45
  • Each additional report copy ordered at the same time: $30

Copies ordered after the completion of the report are processed and mailed within 4 business days.   

You may add Next Business Day Rush Service for $20.
