Exclusive Use Reports

You can order ECE® Exclusive Use Reports through our Dispatch system. These reports are based on documents that you provide and may not meet our standard documentation requirements. This can include photocopies or incomplete documents.

You might want to order an Exclusive Use Report if:

You are able to obtain only photocopies or incomplete documents and wish to make preliminary decisions about a potential student or employee.
You are subject to the requirements of a professional association or accreditation body for evaluating foreign-educated employees and are unable to obtain official documentation.
You expect to obtain the original documents and at a later date and will
- Have ECE prepare a standard report based on our usual documentation requirements, or
- Verify the documents yourself

Benefits of ordering Exclusive Use Reports:

Focus your efforts. An Exclusive Use Reports does not take the place of the scrutiny of official documents, but it allows you to qualify candidates that you want to concentrate on and cultivate.

Save time. We know that acquiring international documents can be time-consuming. These reports can save time for both you and the student or employee.

Help people in need. These reports provide an option for refugee or needy populations who may no longer have access to original documents from their home country.

What you should know about Exclusive Use Reports:

Your institution or organization must have a Dispatch account.
All documentation must be submitted by the ordering organization.
Information and support will be provided to the ordering institution or organization only.
No copies of this report can be ordered.

If we have any questions about the documents, we will contact you. When altered or falsified educational documents are suspected, a report will not be prepared. Read our Terms and Conditions.

Exclusive Use Report Types

All of the following reports are available to order as an Exclusive Use Report

General

Includes:

U.S. equivalence for each educational credential
Note: This report does not include an evaluation of individual courses, grades, or grade average (GPA).

Price: $85

General with Grade Average

Includes:

U.S. equivalence for each educational credential
Grade average for each university level credential Note: If there is no university level study, a grade average for high school level study will be included

Price: $110

Course by Course

If we recommend the U.S. equivalent of university level study, your report will include:

U.S. equivalence for each educational credential
Credit and grade equivalents for university level courses
Grade average for each educational credential
Identification of upper-level courses for undergraduate or professional studies
General evaluation of high school level credentials (without a grade average), if included for evaluation

If we recommend ONLY the U.S. equivalent of high school level study, your report will include:

U.S. equivalence for each high school credential
Unit and grade equivalents
Grade average for each high school credential

High School and University Level Course by Course

Includes:

U.S. equivalence for each educational credential
Unit (high school), credit (university level), and grade equivalents
Grade average for each educational credential
Identification of upper-level courses for undergraduate or professional studies

Convert to Standard

If you order an ECE® Exclusive Use Report and then need an evaluation report based on our standard documentation requirements, we have an easy and less expensive solution.

We now enable institutions and organizations to build on an existing Exclusive Use Report. If you provide the necessary documentation within one year following the completion of an Exclusive Use Report, the existing report can be converted to ECE’s standard report at a lower cost.

Converted reports must be of the same report type, e.g. a General Report cannot be converted to a Course by Course.
