Q & A Session.
Q: What do you do at ECE? What excites you most about your position and/or your team?
As a Customer Care Specialist, I'm basically a little fairy that makes a client's dreams come true. Or I try my best to anyway. I just love hearing the smile in their voice when I'm able to make things better for them. Easily the best part of my day.
Q: What do you like most about working at ECE?
It never feels like work, and I guess that's the way it's supposed to be when you're doing something you really enjoy.
Q: What are three words that describe ECE's culture?
Familial, Supportive, and Hospitable.
Q: What’s one of your favorite activities when you’re not working? Tell us something that others might find surprising.
I play League of Legends pretty much every day. Off work, on League. I enjoy coloring manga too! Especially new characters. Trying to figure out the aesthetic that the mangaka was going for with the noobs. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong. I'm having fun either way!
Q: Are there any books or movies that you simply could not put down or kept thinking about long after you had read or watched them? Why?
I love Nocturnal Animals with Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal. I rewatch it at least once a month and eventually got the book that the movie is based on so that I could try to get more insight. It's a bit psychological and open-ended, so I won't say too much but WATCH IT!
Q: Do you have a favorite cuisine? If yes, a particular dish you love?
I love Japanese food - Takoyaki and sushi especially! I'll never turn them down.
Lightening Round!
Q: Netflix or Hulu?
Hulu, more variety!
Q: Night or morning?
Morning. But why choose? I love all times.
Q: City or country?
City. Milwaukee specifically. Best city in the world.
Q: Wine or beer?
Wine. Merlot. PUH-LEEZ.
Q: Camping or glamping?
Glamping. If I see a bug, I will scream.
Q: Lose sleep or skip a meal?
Skip a meal. I run on coffee and Twizzlers, so I think I’m already doing this like…daily.
Q: Hot or iced coffee?
Iced coffee. Because iced coffee is ice melting >>hot coffee is getting cold
We hope our "Meet the Team" blog series provides a window into the diverse talents and passions that shape ECE.
