Full payment is required in advance of the training session.
A written notice of a cancellation request must be received by mail or email at least 24 hours prior to the training session start time to qualify for a refund. Qualifying refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, will be issued within three weeks of the request. A refund will not be issued if a cancellation request is received after the training session.
Individual technical failures are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any individual technical failures that block you from attending a training session. Please test your system at least two days before the ECE® e-learning training session. See the Webex System Requirements for minimum and optional requirements. A refund will not be issued for individual technical failures that result in your inability to attend.
A hyperlink to a PDF file of the session presentation will be sent to you within five business days after the training session if you do not qualify for a refund.
We reserve the right to substitute a trainer due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts.
